Confirmed scope
Service, capacity, timing and commercial terms exist only after written confirmation.
Current information
The client supplies accurate cargo facts, dates, access conditions and responsible contacts.
Changes
A change affecting cost, timing, capacity or responsibility is agreed before work continues.
Cargo outside the standard scope
Dangerous goods, controlled temperature, oversized loads, high-value handling or regulated cargo must be disclosed and separately accepted before a vehicle is assigned.
Waiting and failed access
Waiting, redirection or a failed collection caused by cargo readiness, inaccurate access information or a missing receiving appointment may affect the agreed charge and schedule.
Claims and delivery evidence
Visible shortage or damage should be recorded at handover and reported promptly with the booking reference and available evidence. Applicable liability and claims arrangements are confirmed with the transport engagement.
